Refund policy

Try Figurekeep free first. If Figurekeep doesn't work for you as described, we'll fix it or refund you.

Try it free first

Every selection and mini-building tool will be free on your own art, with one watermarked figure per download, no account and no card. A few Pro extras can't be tried on Free. When the app opens, make a mini from your own art on the device you'll use, print it, and see the result before you pay.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Sales are final, except where the law or our payment partner's buyer terms say otherwise. If Figurekeep doesn't work for you as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. For example:

• a download that's broken or won't open;
• a double charge;
• a problem we can't fix.

We decide each request case by case, and we'd rather fix the problem first.

How to ask

1. Email support@figurekeep.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt.
2. Include your order number (it's on your receipt) and what went wrong.

We aim to answer within a few days. Our payment partner sends any refund to your original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.

After a refund

Pro turns off: your licence key is disabled and the app returns to Free on all your devices. Files you already downloaded stay on your device.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time from your receipt email or our payment partner's customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
