Your art and rights
Figurekeep is a tool, like scissors and a printer. What you make with it is up to you, and so is the responsibility.
Version 1, effective October 26, 2026.
Use art you have the right to use
- Your own art, art you commissioned with rights to use it, and art that is licensed for this use (for example, public domain or a licence that allows personal or commercial use) are all fine.
- Art you found online usually belongs to someone else. Don't use it unless its licence or the owner allows it.
- Sharing or selling minis, sheets or files made from someone else's art needs their permission. That includes posting print sheets online for others to download. Selling what you make also needs Pro: see Commercial use.
This page is general information, not legal advice.
Your files are yours
We claim no rights in the images you bring or the files you make. They stay on your device, and we never see them unless you choose to share one with us.
Trademarks and game brands
Figurekeep is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. Names of games and systems on this site are used only to describe compatibility. Our example characters, free try pack, ring art, crests, ornaments and some effect sprites were made for Figurekeep with an AI image tool (see Credits).
If you think your rights are being infringed
Because the app never sends us your images and we don't host them, we can't remove content made with Figurekeep. If you find infringing copies of your work on another site, contact that site. If you believe something on figurekeep.com itself infringes your rights, email support@figurekeep.com with the details and we will act promptly.
