Buying Pro
How do I unlock Pro after buying?
You'll get a licence key by email. In the app, choose Activate Pro and paste the key. It will work on up to 3 of your devices, and you'll be able to free up a device any time.
Who handles the payment?
Our payment partner handles checkout, sales tax and receipts. We never see your card details.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then the app goes back to Free. Anything you already downloaded is yours to keep.
Do I need to be online?
Yes, to open Figurekeep: it runs in your browser and isn't installed. Your pictures still never leave your device. The app checks your Pro licence about every 2 hours while it's open; if it can't reach us, for example on a patchy connection, Pro keeps working for up to 14 days.
Can I sell what I make?
With Pro, yes: sell the minis, PDFs, cut files and tokens you make from art you have the rights to, and use them in paid adventures and crowdfunding. Free is for personal use, including games you run for pay. Figurekeep's built-in rings and templates can't be sold or given away on their own. A GM may give minis and tokens made from our example characters to the players in their own game, but not sell them or post the files publicly. Commercial use.
Can I get a refund?
Try Figurekeep free first, so you know it works on your device. Sales are final, except where the law or our payment partner's buyer terms say otherwise. If Figurekeep doesn't work for you as described (a broken download, a double charge, a problem we can't fix), email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Refund policy.
